• Items that are personalized, final sale, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

• Provide your order number and reason for return.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
